Return and Refund Policy
At 4Biotech.Store, we strive to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason
you are not, we are here to help with returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for returns
● Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of order.
● T o be eligible for a return:
○ The item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and in
its original packaging.
○ Certain types of items such as personalized products cannot be refunded.
2. Eligibility for Exchanges:
We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same
item, please contact us at info@4biotech.com for further instructions.
● If the product you have ordered is not to your satisfaction:
In the event that the customer decides to exercise this right of withdrawal, the customer
will be responsible for the return costs and any possible damage to the product or
merchandise.
In this way and after verification of the goods being returned, the shipping costs of the
order and the costs of verification and checking will be charged.the withdrawal will not
proceed on goods or orders that are manufactured to order or can be considered by its
special characteristics to measure, requested by the customer.
● Defective product of origin:
In this case Biobac. Europe S.L. will manage the exchange and/or replacement of the
product immediately. The exchange will always be made for the same article or
reference.
If you wish to exchange the product for another article, or if the product is in excellent
condition, the return and reshipment costs will have to be borne by the customer.
● Product that by mistake does not correspond to the one ordered:
Biobac Europe S.L. will bear the cost of collecting the wrong product and delivering the
product corresponding to the one ordered.
3. Steps to initiate an exchange or return
Step 1: Contact us
● Send us an email to info@4biotech.com or call +34 944 536 750 with your order
number and the reason for the return.
● You will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Step 2: Packing and shipping the item
● Pack your item securely in the original packaging.
● Include the RAN and a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt or email confirmation).
● Send the package to this address:

Step 3: Return shipment
● You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item unless the return is due to
a product defect or error on our part.
● We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping
insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refund Process
● Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
The inspection process usually takes one to two days.If your return is approved, we will
process your refund to your original method of payment within five to fourteen days.
Please note the following:
● Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
● It may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your
payment provider.
● Biobac. Europe S.L. will not refund or reship any goods until we have verified the receipt
and condition of packaging and accessories of the item being returned.
